Before digital delivery

Where applicable, consumers normally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts. For digital content supplied immediately and not on a tangible medium, that right can be lost only where the relevant legal requirements have been met. Before immediate supply begins, we must obtain your express consent to start supply during the cancellation period and your acknowledgement that you will lose the cancellation right; confirmation must include the required information. A general “no refunds” statement or merely viewing this policy is not sufficient.

Checkout requirement

CHECKOUT SETUP REQUIRED: Add an unchecked affirmative consent mechanism to the actual Payhip/Stripe purchase journey, where applicable, and confirm that the provider records that consent and acknowledgement and supplies a durable order confirmation. Faulty or misdescribed content

You retain all statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied. Depending on the circumstances you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.
