What you are licensed to use
Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the digital files or workstation specified in the relevant listing. Unless a written agreement explicitly provides otherwise, character names, shared character identity files, DNA Locks, code, templates, prompt libraries and underlying source assets are not sold or assigned to you.
Licence editions
Personal / Essentials: use personally to create and enjoy outputs; no commercial exploitation unless the product listing expressly allows it. Creator / Commercial: you may commercially use and sell eligible original finished outputs created with the product, subject to third-party rights and service terms; you may not distribute source assets, the workstation or underlying prompt libraries. Studio / Agency: where expressly offered and purchased, you may produce eligible finished client deliverables; sublicensing the underlying workstation, character DNA or prompts remains prohibited. Exact user counts, devices, client permissions and permitted products must be specified on each paid listing before launch.
Shared identities and third-party rights
Unless an individually signed exclusive licence states otherwise, fictional character identities may be licensed to multiple buyers and are not exclusive. No licence guarantees legal ownership or copyright protection in AI-generated outputs. Obtain consent for real-person likenesses and relevant permissions for music, fonts, images, performances, voice and other third-party materials. Comply with external AI tool terms.
Prohibited uses
No resale, redistribution, source-code extraction for redistribution, false endorsement, impersonation, deceptive advertising, infringement, sexual exploitation or illegal material. Do not represent fictional AI characters as real people or qualified advisers. A material breach may result in termination of the contractual licence, without limiting statutory consumer rights.
